I've Been The Heaviest Person In The Room.

I know that feeling. The quiet math you do walking into anywhere new. For years, food was how I handled everything. Stress, boredom, the hard days. I wasn't eating because I was hungry. I was eating to avoid feeling something.

Then I lost 100 pounds. Not because I found the perfect diet, but because I stopped trying to out-discipline myself and started changing how I actually saw food, my body, and who I wanted to be.

I've kept it off for over ten years now. That's the part most people never get to, and it's the part I care about most.
